Warranty Coverage
New Products: All newly manufactured products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery.
Refurbished Products: Refurbished items are inspected and restored to functional condition. We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering major functional components.
Reclaimed or Used Products: These products are sold as-is with no additional warranty, though we disclose all known defects at the time of sale.
What is Covered
The warranty covers:
Structural defects
Major functional failures affecting the intended use
Manufacturing or refurbishment errors
Minor cosmetic issues, wear from normal use, or damage from misuse are not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:
Contact RenewSalvage with your order number and product details.
Provide a description and photos of the issue.
Our team will evaluate the claim and provide instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty is void if the product has been modified, misused, or improperly installed.
Shipping and handling costs for warranty repairs or replacements are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
RenewSalvage’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
