Refund and Return policy

At RenewSalvage, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing large equipment. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in a clear and straightforward way.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received and must not have been modified, damaged, or misused after delivery.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. RenewSalvage will arrange return freight at no additional charge.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the product shows signs of damage, alteration, or use beyond normal inspection.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been modified or altered after delivery

  • Damage occurred due to improper handling or misuse

  • The return request falls outside the 30-day window
